‌Raw material procurement and inspection‌: The main raw materials of smart water meters include high-quality engineering plastics, high-precision sensors and electronic components. Suppliers must be strictly screened during procurement to ensure that the sensor accuracy error is controlled within ±0.5%, and each batch of raw materials must be fully inspected to ensure that the plastic material meets the standards of water resistance, pressure resistance and aging resistance, and the electronic components have good electrical properties‌.

‌Parts processing and manufacturing‌:

‌Case injection molding‌: Advanced injection molding technology is used to control the injection molding pressure, temperature and time to ensure that the case size accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, ensuring the sealing and durability of the case‌.
‌Sensor assembly‌: The calibrated high-precision flow sensor is assembled according to a strict process flow. Each sensor must be tested individually before assembly to ensure that it can accurately sense water flow changes‌.
‌Electronic module manufacturing‌: Professional engineers design circuit boards and integrate microprocessors, communication modules, storage units, etc. Surface mount technology (SMT) is used to weld electronic components, and the defective solder joint rate is controlled below 0.01%.
‌Software burning and debugging‌: The written smart water meter control software is burned into the microprocessor and fully debugged. ‌Overall debugging‌: The assembled IoT water meter is fully debugged, including measurement accuracy test, communication function test, etc. The water meter is calibrated by a standard flow calibration device to ensure that the measurement error meets the national standard within the full range, and the wireless communication function between the water meter and the data acquisition terminal is tested at the same time ‌
